Mr. Dichter - 6th grade Astronomy

Hope everyone had fun looking through the telescope at our Star the Sun!

Science is everywhere in your world today. It is part of your daily lives, from cooking and gardening, to recycling and comprehending the weather, to reading maps and using computers. Advances in technology and science transform our world at an incredible pace!

You are our future and your life will be filled with leaps in technology we can only begin to imagine. Being “SCIENCE LITERATE” is not only fun, but a necessity in today's world. Understanding science will take you to your dreams and give you an advantage beyond your comprehension.
